All classes currently have hard restrictions on the number of attendees and must be booked in advance.
If you were attending classes prior to March 2020, you may book any of the classes we are currently running (regardless of whether it was the same class you were doing previously or not).
If you’re looking to come to your first class, please contact us first. Do not book a class without first getting in touch as your booking will get rejected. Sabre and Smallsword are likely to have room for new members, but Rapier is close to capacity and Longsword is currently operating a waiting list. Contact us for the most up to date information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any classes booked with LHFC can be cancelled for refund or transferred to an alternative class at the attendee’s request up to 48hrs before the class start time. Any refund or transfer requests made within 48 hours of the class start time will be declined unless exceptional circumstances apply*. If students are suffering with or have been exposed to someone suffering with COVID 19 or have been told or required to self isolate, they should contact the club as soon as possible.
*exceptional circumstances will be determined on a case by case basis.
When you book a class we will keep your contact details on file for contact tracing and will be shared with the venue and the NHS Contact Tracing programme in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak. All attendees must also provide proof of vaccination status, and comply with our other COVID policies at all times. Please read our COVID-19 Policies before booking.
